We know that no one ever reads this page, but it's important to be on the same page. We want to make sure that our customers get the best service, so here's the nitty gritty of how we operate.


Our online booking tool is super easy to use, however if you're looking to book a tattoo, we have to do it the old school way of talking about it first then finding the best time.

It's best to book as far in advance as you can to avoid waiting as we can fill up for several weeks at a time.

We can also add you to our cancellations list if you'd like.


Every appointment will require a 20 % non- refundable deposit to be paid upon booking.

This fee will go toward the cost of your tattoo (not in addition to). This ensures that you're as serious as we are when making the appointment.

Please only book a date/ time that you know you can attend.

Your deposit can be transferred to any date as long as you give us 72 hours notice.

If you cancel or post pone your appointment within 72 hours, your deposit will be forfeited and you will need to pay another one to re-book.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Our cancellation policy states that you may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 72 hours before your appointment and retain the ability to transfer your deposit.

If you reschedule or cancel your deposit after this time you will need to pay another deposit to book again.

We allow one reschedule per booking before you forfeit your deposit. 

We understand shit happens so just let us know as far in advance as you can. 

We don't like to be hard asses about this stuff, but our time is valuable too.


If you'd like to chat to someone before your appointment, you can book a free consultation. We will walk you through everything and answer any questions you may have.

If you prefer WhatsApp or messenger, that's cool too- there's no need to book that. Just send us a message and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Touch Ups

If your tattoo needs a touch up, we will provide a free session up to 3 months after the tattoo was done. 

All permanent makeup touch ups are included in the price and can be done 6-12 weeks after the original session.

Please note: this does not include tattoos done on the hands or feet.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased but these are not worth any cash value. 

For example, if your new tattoo is £50 and you have a gift voucher for £100, you will not get £50 change.

Refund Policy

All treatments are non-refundable.
